Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are charged for access to paid Azan AI features during the applicable billing period. You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals, but cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. We may review refund requests for subscription charges that were made in error, duplicated, required by applicable law, or otherwise appropriate based on the circumstances and any usage of paid features during the period.

2. Credit Purchases

Prepaid credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used because each tool run consumes computing, storage, and AI-processing resources when requested. Unused credit purchases may be reviewed for refund eligibility where the purchase was accidental, duplicated, or otherwise eligible under applicable law. If a refund is approved for a credit purchase, we may remove the related unused credits from the account.

3. Technical Failures

If a technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing a paid subscription feature or causes purchased credits to be consumed without providing the requested tool output, contact us with your account email, order details, and a description of the issue. We may investigate and, where appropriate, restore credits, provide another reasonable remedy, or approve a refund for the affected transaction.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the transaction and help resolve billing or service issues. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected payment abuse may lead to temporary account restrictions, suspension of paid access, or removal of disputed credits while the dispute is reviewed by the payment provider, card network, or bank.
