1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Azan AI (the "Service"), available at azanai.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Azan AI is operated as an independently run software service ("we," "us," "our").
2. Description of Service
Azan AI provides a suite of cloud-based, AI-assisted productivity tools, including document (PDF) processing, QR code generation, image enhancement, and eCommerce content creation tools, accessible through our website. We may add, modify, or remove tools and features at any time.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to access most tools. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
Some tools are available on a free tier with limited monthly usage. Additional usage requires a paid subscription plan or the purchase of prepaid credit packs, which are consumed as tools are used. Prices, credit costs, and plan features are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time with notice. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders placed through the Service. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, applicable sales tax or VAT, and payment-related customer support for transactions. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Checkout Buyer Terms of Use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, or generate content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or that violates the rights of others, to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to use the Service to build a competing product. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of files and content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested tool functionality. We do not claim ownership over your uploaded files or the output they generate.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where Paddle's own terms govern the payment transaction itself.
